1. Processing Time

• All products are made to order.

• Processing time depends on the type and quantity of the product and usually takes 1–3 business days.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery Time

• Baku and surrounding areas: 1–2 business days

• Other regions: 2–4 business days

• Delivery time may vary due to weather conditions, courier schedules, or technical delays.

3. Delivery Methods

• Direct courier to the address

• Parcel locker delivery (Baku, Khirdalan, Sumgait): Free

• Office pickup: Available upon prior agreement

4. Shipping Fee

• Shipping fees are adjusted based on distance.

• International delivery is currently not available.

5. Order Tracking

• Once shipped, you will be notified via WhatsApp or SMS.

• Tracking codes or courier information may be provided when necessary.
