1. Conditions for Refund

All personalized (photo-based) products can only be refunded or returned if there is a technical defect or production error.

Returns due to personal preference or dissatisfaction with the final result based on customer-provided photos/text are not accepted.

In case of a defect or wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
2. Return & Exchange Process

A clear photo and short description of the issue must be submitted.

After review, the product may be replaced or the payment refunded.

Items must be unused and returned in their original condition.
3. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method (e.g. bank card).
